Our Services
Receiving Inspection:
Products are inspected when received. Any cartons with visible
damage are refused. The product is then staged by name and
state in our warehouse.
Pick Ups:
Customers are contacted several days prior to loading.
Deliveries are scheduled for specific days and times. If
requested, our drivers can contact customers on the day of delivery
one hour prior to arrival.
Preload Inspection:
All merchandise is uncartoned and inspected prior to loading.
Minor damage is repaired on site by a furniture craftsman who is
employed full time with the company. Pieces are then
recartoned or wrapped in furniture pads prior to loading.
White Glove Delivery:
Furniture is delivered and placed in customers home. On pieces
weighing over 300 pounds, our drivers may require additional
assistance. Sometimes extenuating circumstances require
additional assistance from customers. Examples: (a) Second or
higher floor deliveries with low ceiling and tight turns. (b)
Unable to park truck within 100 yards of home entrance. We
will mount mirrors on dressers and install bed slats if provided.
Due to DOT regulations we are not allowed to remove any packaging
material, BUT, we will break down and condense all packaging
material and place where the customer requests. On delivery of
KD furniture, after all items are carried inside, we will allow one
hour of set up time. Additional charges may apply for extra
set-up time.
Online Tracking:
We also provide online tracking for each order we ship. To
access the tracking system just click the online tracking link and
fill in the requested information. You will then receive
detailed information regarding your furniture shipment.
